For the foreign student who wants to get a part-time job

Are you planning to work as a part-time in Japan?
When you start to work , you must take “shikakugaikatudoukyoka” from the Immigration Bureau.

・How to take it?

First, you have to get the application documents.
It is often put in the student affairs sections in your school.
if your school do not have it , you can get it in the Immigration Bureau.
Also you can download it from this→☆

Fill the documents, then apply it to the  Immigration Bureau.
Don’t forget to take your passport and the residence card!
The immigration Bureau push a small stamp  on the back side of the residence card.
It is completion in this.

You can start to work as a part-time job after getting “shikakugaikatudoukyoka”.
Be careful that you can work 28 hours per week (during a longvacation until 40 hours a week)
Also you can not work business affecting public morals.
Please confirm it well.

・留学生のアルバイトについて

留学生の皆さん、日本でアルバイトをする予定はありますか？
アルバイトをする場合、入管から「資格外活動許可」を取らなければいけません。

・どうやって取るのか？

まずは申請書類を手に入れてください。
通っている学校の学生課などに置いてあることも多いです。
もし学校に置いていなければ、お近くの入管に行ってください。
入管の窓口でももらえます。
または、こちらからダウンロードしてください。

申請書類に記入して、入管の窓口に持っていってください。
パスポートと在留カードも忘れずに持っていきましょう。

申請書類に問題がなければ、在留カードの裏面に小さなスタンプが押してもらえます。
これで完了です。

「資格外活動許可」を受けるとアルバイトとして働くことができます。
ただし週28時間まで（長期休暇中は週４０時間まで）と決まっていますので注意してください。

また、仕事内容も風俗営業店はダメです。
